The developmental editing phase takes a broad look at the structure of your manuscript to assess big-picture story elements such as plot and character development, pacing, organization, narrative POV and perspective, world-building, themes, and dialogue.

COPY EDITING

The copyediting phase focuses on more technical aspects of writing, such as syntax, grammar, spelling, punctuation, continuity, and language consistency.

LINE EDITING

The line editing phase focuses on paragraph and sentence level structure. While this might include correcting errors, the primary goal of this phase is to improve language and the overall flow of the narrative.
